My journey into healing began during one of the toughest times of my life — when conventional approaches no longer felt enough, and I started exploring alternative ways to support myself. Over time, I came to understand how deeply the body and the inner world are woven together.

I first learned these techniques out of curiosity, and as I practiced them they became more than tools — they became a way of being. Shadow Work, Theta Healing, Kundalini Reiki and Mindfulness are no longer just modalities I've studied; they are practices I genuinely believe in and use in my own life.

Today, in my individual sessions, I walk alongside people as they:
