About

I was born and raised in İzmir, Turkey. After graduating from Saint Joseph High School, I moved to Istanbul to study International Relations. Following university, I transitioned into the textile industry, a path that eventually brought me to San Francisco, where I completed a master's degree in Fashion Marketing.

For many years, I ran my own business and built a life in the United States. Learning how to navigate a different culture and understanding the dynamics of life and work abroad was both deeply challenging and transformative for me.

Over time, the emotional struggles I was experiencing also began to manifest physically. This period became a turning point — one where the connection between my thoughts, emotions, and body became impossible to ignore.

"It was also a time of searching, as I found myself looking for answers beyond what conventional medicine could offer. Through that process, I began to understand myself, my body, and my inner world from a much deeper place."

Today, I bring together all of these life experiences and the different modalities I've studied over the years to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves in a more honest and meaningful way.

For me, this work is about learning to see the parts of ourselves we may have ignored, hidden, or never fully understood — and creating space for a more authentic relationship with who we truly are.
