All sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable and at ease.
Sessions are typically around 60 minutes, though there may be some natural variation depending on how the session unfolds.
The most important thing is to find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. Since the work involves a meditative state, you'll want to be somewhere you can fully settle in — sitting or lying down, with your eyes closed.
This work sits in a different space from traditional therapy. Rather than following a structured framework, we move with what's alive for you in the moment — paying attention to what arises in the body and emotions, and working from a meditative, intuitive place.
Therapy tends to be more structured and consistent in its approach. Here, we look at whatever is opening up for you that day and work with the themes that emerge — which means every session has its own shape.
This work is not a substitute for therapy and does not offer diagnosis or treatment. That said, it can be a meaningful complement to a therapeutic process, and many people find it helps them connect more deeply with themselves, gain clarity, and open up in ways that feel genuinely supportive.
For those just starting out, I generally suggest 5 sessions spaced 10–15 days apart. After that, the frequency can be adjusted based on what feels right for you.
Simply give yourself some space. Notice whatever feelings, thoughts, or awarenesses come up — without trying to analyse or make sense of everything right away. The process tends to unfold in its own time, and trusting that rhythm is part of the work.
Absolutely. No prior experience is needed — we work just as comfortably with people who are completely new to this kind of work.
Anything that feels heavy, stuck, or like it keeps showing up no matter what you do. Sometimes it's a specific emotion, a relationship, a pattern you can't seem to break — and sometimes it's just a quiet sense that something isn't quite right. That's more than enough to begin.
